Refund & Return Policy

At Starlyte Mobile, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality mobile accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as earphones, screen guards, cables, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable once opened.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@starlytemobile.co.in.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Damaged / Wrong Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us immediately with unboxing photos or videos at support@starlytemobile.co.in.
